The Corporate Travel Forum is scheduled to happen on the 4th of September in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).

The event will bring together bespoke speakers from the regional corporate travel community to share insights, trends and industry’s best practices on various topics which include the Introduction of Corporate Travel Community, Relationship between Corporate Travel and MICE, Introduction of Strategic Meetings Management Programme (SMMP) and The Myths of Corporate Travel Management.

Business travel warriors nowadays prefer better productivity, flexibility and yet travel managers have to ensure compliance and maintenance of the travel programme. A variety of challenges always exist in a day to day basis, for example the reassurance of their personal safety. This session will start off with 30 mins illustration of a sophisticated travel programme by a travel manager. Then follows by another an expert panel which will focus on a few key elements of how travel managers are focusing on for the role of corporate travel management, implementing sophisticated travel strategies to enhance travellers’ experience and facilitating compliance of travel policies.
